I only have myself to blame.
Poor food choices.
Overindulgence (bottle of champagne and margaritas anyone?).
General feeling of MEH sweeping over me at the moment.
I've signed up for Round 3 of the 12 week body transformation. I know what to expect, however, this time I will diarise my exercise as an appointment in my diary that I cannot break. I will print out every nutrition plan and make an effort to contribute to the "what will we eat tonight?" decision making process. I will watch every mindset lesson video and soak it all in.
It's time to start watering my grass again...enough of the fertiliser.
