When you're on a healthy eating plan, you may start to crave all of the things you previously loved. Deny those cravings long enough, and you're liable to binge! Back in the day, before I reigned in the bad eating, it was not uncommon for me to polish off half a block of chocolate in 5 minutes flat. Obviously that was a habit I had to break...but I still love chocolate!
Now, every few evenings, you'll find me sipping on a cup of peppermint tea, and nibbling on two squares of quality dark chocolate. It's incredibly satisfying, and because the chocolate is slightly bitter, two squares is more than ample. Together, the tea and chocolate combines to create a peppermint slice taste in your mouth! Thanks for the tip Mish! This is delicious!!
At only 109 calories, I can easily fit this into my daily calorie intake, and not feel guilty!
